A passionate home based lash artist providing high quality eyelash extensions carefully styled to every client.

It is preferred that you book online through the online booking system as I work back to back with clients.

48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a text message with important appointment details, please make sure you have entered your mobile number correctly.

SALON POLICY AND LASH REFILL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

STRICT 48 HOUR POLICY FOR CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me no later than 48 hours in advance.
No cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the appointment.
I understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment.

To secure each appointment booked deposits will need to be paid within 48 hours upon booking. (When making multiple bookings, a deposit is required for each appointment booked.) The deposit will be deducted against the total amount of the service at the appointment.

• If an appointment is cancelled before the 48 hours the deposit can be refunded.
• If you fail to give 48 hours notice your deposit is non-refundable.

REFUNDS / DEPOSITS
$5 Admin processing fee for all refunds.
Please allow 1-7 business days for refund to be processed.

CANNOT LASH:
• If you have picked your extensions out 48 hours priori I will not apply extensions your lashes.
• If you have had a lash lift in the past 2 weeks I cannot apply lashes to you.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME
Every appointment has an allotted time period reserved especially for that client, and I want you to get the most out of your appointment time. Please arrive no longer then 5 minutes before your appointment. As I have no waiting room if you are to early you may have to wait outside till I am finished with the previous client.

LATE ARRIVALS
Arriving late will cut into your session time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time your appointment will be cancelled.
Out of respect for other clients , I cannot cut into another clients appointment time to make up for your lost appointment minutes if you are late.

BRINGING CHILDREN AND FRIENDS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
For purposes of safety and insurance I can not have any children or other people attend your appointments with you, so please do not bring them or you will be turned away. (This also applies to pets)

REFILLS
To qualify for a refill, you must have more then 40% of your extensions remaining. Anything less will be charged out as a new set.
If you are not sure send me a message.
If it has been more than three weeks (21 days) since your last appointment, the purchase of a full set will be required regardless of how many lash extensions you have remaining.
Lash extensions need professional grooming by a qualified technician every 2-3 weeks in order to be in maintained in proper condition.

I DO NOT REFILL OTHER LASH TECHS OR SALONS WORK!
I cannot guarantee the work of other salons.
If you already have eyelash extensions from another salon, you will need to book in for a removal and a full set. The lash extension removal fee is $30 and can take up to 30 minutes, so please makes sure you are booking your appointments correctly.
Your natural lashes shed on a regular basis. To maintain the look of your full set, refills are recommended every two weeks.

EYELASH SERVICES
Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment. If at all possible, avoid applying mascara on the day of your appointment. If you do have mascara on, make sure to wash it off thoroughly before your appointment time, and do not use an oil-based makeup remover, as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. Do not use waterproof mascara or eyeliner.

CONTACTS
If you wear contacts, please bring a contact case, as contacts should not be worn during the lash application process. Further, we recommend that you wait 12 to 24 hours after your service before wearing your contacts again in order to minimize potential infections or irritation to the eyes.
